CHASE THOSE SMALL WINS

Don’t underestimate the power of small wins over time!

At first, yes these tiny small wins may seem insignificant and minuscule in the bigger scheme of things.

As they may not bring instant results or gratification that we crave, and don’t be fooled just because its seems small doesn’t mean its easy to do…it’s just as easy not to do.

The end outcome is we get stuck in a vicious cycle of no action and mediocre results!

However, without you knowing these daily small wins begin to accumulate interest overtime and have a huge snowball affect to that big win.

What seemed like tiny improvements will translate into something much more rewarding.

THE KEY IS TO FOCUS YOUR ATTENTION AND ENERGY ON WHAT YOU NEED TO DO, NOT WHAT YOU WANT.

Within our coaching system we place a big emphasis on what we call YOUR DAILY NON NEGOTIABLES. They are 3 simple things you can today that’ll help you towards your destination. These become your DAILY WINS that you chase.

For Example

Goal: Drop a few kgs.

DAILY NON-NEGOTIABLES:

1. DRINK 2L OF WATER

2. HAVE A SERVING OF PROTEIN WITH EACH MAIN MEAL

3. 30 MIN WALK

By ticking your daily non negotiables off more often than not, this will go a long way to achieving your desired goals.
