How to Lose Weight (and keep it off) With Amazing The 80/20 Rule

Want to know one of the most valuable things I learned from helping people lose weight (life-changing amounts of weight) and keep it off for over 10 years?

I’ve talked about it before…

But it’s hard for people to grasp.

Because for so long we’ve been told that the results ONLY come after hard, hard, HARD work.

Turns out, that’s not always true.

One of my favourite lessons from my journey helping clients lose weight is..

 

 

The 80/20 Rule

 

The 80/20 rule means 80% of your results come from 20% of the work.

 

Crazy when you think about it, right?

 

The 80/20 rule is true in so many areas of life.

It’s also one of the biggest reasons our clients smash their old results and begin to lose weight and progress once we start working together.

They get hyper-focused down on what works.

On what matters.

This is great because they actually GET BACK THEIR TIME.

Which is a pleasant surprise.

 

 

 

Think about the 80/20 rule for a second..

 

4X results with ¼ the work.

10kg  of fat burned instead of just 2 or 3kg!

Lose weight and drop 4 dress sizes down while your friends drop just one or none.

And…

4X the time saved getting those results because you didn’t waste time on things that don’t work.
